Meet the Team
We pride ourselves as leaders in our local real estate market and the property management community. For several years we have been active members of the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) community and stay current on the latest property management industry trends.
Sami Neagu grew up in the Bay Area and brings over two decades of experience in construction and management services. A United States Marine Corps veteran and UC Berkeley graduate, Sami applies discipline, accountability, and problem-solving to every property under management. With a hands-on approach and a strong emphasis on communication and care, properties are managed as long-term investments—not just assets.
Matthew Herz, a NY to CA transplant in 2001, has been involved in property management for over 20 years with his sales license since 2003 and broker's license since 2010. He went to the University of Vermont, began his professional career working with trouble adolescents until he read the book, "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" which resulted in a complete paradigm shift and career change. In additional to spiritual pursuits, he also now enjoys pursuing financial freedom and helping others on that path as well.
